Privacy Policy
Last updated 2026-10-10. This policy explains how dairydesktools.com ("we", "this site") handles information.
Information we collect
We do not ask you to create an account and we do not collect your name, phone number or address through the calculators. Everything you type into a calculator is worked out in your own browser and is not sent to us.
Information saved on your device
Some calculators save your choices, such as country, feed groups, local prices and farm income values, in your browser's local storage so they are still there next time. This stays on your device. To remove it, clear this site's data in your browser settings.
Cookies and advertising
This site uses or may use Google AdSense to show ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising at www.aboutads.info. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland will be asked for consent before personalised ads are shown, using Google's consent message.
Analytics
We may use Google Analytics or a similar service to count visits and see which pages are useful. These services may set cookies and collect information such as your browser type, device and approximate location. They do not tell us who you are.
Links to other websites
Our pages link to sources such as universities and market price websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Children
This site is meant for farmers and adults planning farm work. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
If you email us, we use your email address only to reply and do not share it.
